At Gadget Guy, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please note that all sales are final.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement. To be eligible:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• Provide photos of the damaged item

• Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved

Once we verify the damage, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items

• All other items that are not damaged are non-refundable

• No refunds or exchanges will be given for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing/color preferences
